Keeping the above risks in mind, PCI has developed and successfully implemented a baseline approach at each phase within the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Model.


The baseline is our mechanism whereby at the end of any of the phases, a baseline review is conducted. The results are then tracked with a documented statement of status against which, the impact of any changes can be detected, measured and agreed upon. This also ensures that quality process is conducted at every phase in order to avoid costly overruns in the project. In the SDLC model all components of the product, or customized solution are handled as a single entity from the Requirements Definition phase to the Implementation phase.

Our customers are ensured of quality solutions delivered within time and budget requirements. This is accomplished through careful consideration of key factors at the front of the lifecycle, in addition to during the conceptual and functional design phases.

At PCI, we develop platform independent applications such as: Java, XML, Perl, ASP, C++, DCOM, CORBA, and back ends such as Oracle, DB2, Sybase, MSSQL server and other ODBC compliant databases. We undertake data migration from DBMS to RDBMS and also develop custom business solutions using Power builder, Visual Basic, Visual C++, and others.
