PCI follows an extremely comprehensive recruitment approach.
The recruiter forwards the candidate(s) to the appropriate
client specific Account Manager who screens the candidate
based on specific knowledge of the client’s need
and the project. The Account Manager is familiar with
the client goals and environment and can determine if
the candidates customer service aptitude, professionalism,
and personality are a good fit for the job.. We check
no fewer than three professional references for each
consultant we hire. We also conduct internal technical
skill set check and initial background checks. At this
point, the short listed candidates are best qualified
for our clients and their resumes are delivered to the
hiring manager. Our goal is to provide the hiring manager
with a fully qualified submittal within two working
days.
