Companies partner to provide comprehensive software solutions to the Canadian healthcare market.

LONDON, Ont. – Nov. 22, 2007– 3M Canada, a leader in the field of Health Information Systems (HIS), and Prudential Consulting Inc. (PCI), a leading provider of technology and outsourcing services in Health Information Management (HIM), today announced the strategic alliance and their commitment to provide comprehensive software solutions to meet the growing demand for workflow automation in the Canadian healthcare market.

Under the agreement, 3M has partnered with PCI as the Canadian distributor responsible for marketing and identifying sales opportunities for 3M’s HIS dictation, speech recognition and transcription solutions.

This alliance will enable both companies to better address the growing needs of their customers. The partnership expands PCI’s current suite of Health Information solutions by providing an additional state-of-the-art dictation and transcription platform to its existing customers, which integrates with 3M’s Health Information solutions.
